What Does Your “A” Game Look Like?

Some of you may think when I ask about your “A” game, I’m talking about how you look! Well only partly! How you look is often directly a reflection of how you feel! How you feel; physically, mentally, emotionally and even more importantly spiritually!  We have to take care of all of these areas before we find our “A” Game!

Our relationship with God has to be Personal!  How many times a day do you talk to Him? I know I ask Him to guide my steps…especially when I have on my highest heels!  I know lower heels may be more comfortable, and safe…but I say to God...” They look so wonderful! Please don’t let me fall and break my neck!” Me and God got that kind of relationship that keeps me in my “A “game!

Are you putting good food inside your body? Or are you eating what tastes good to you? I have celiac disease (an intolerance of glutens.) But trust me I love everything BREAD!  I behave most of the time…but I slip every now and then! When I stick to gluten free…I am very defiantly on my “A” game.

When was the last time you worked out!  I mean worked out so you sweat, not just perspire, but sweat?  Did you know that when you work out hard enough to sweat, your brain gets happy? In other words, you bring out your endorphins!  Endorphins can give you an emotional boost that can last 24 hours! When your brain is happy, you can better deal with the craziness of your day!  I walk 4 to 5 times a week on a treadmill, with the incline up for 60 minutes.  I ride the stationary bike for 20 minutes too.  I had double knee replacement 3 years ago. Daily exercise is necessary for my “A” game!!

I love a sharp outfit no matter where I’m going!  Even if I’m running to the grocery store for a few minutes in jeans, but I put on my red flats, red hat, and red lipstick! And since I have done ALL of the above:
